Damaged Items Upon Parcel Opening:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged Kanchi Pattu Lehenga upon opening your parcel, we are here to assist you promptly. To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow these steps:

1. Document the Damage:

  • Record a video while unboxing the parcel, clearly showing the damaged item and its packaging. This video will be essential to support your claim.

2. Contact Our Customer Support:

    • Your order number.
    • The video documenting the damage.
    • A clear description of the damage.

3. Assessment and Resolution:

  • Our team will review the provided information and assess the damage. If the damage is confirmed to be during transit or packaging, we will offer one of the following options:
    • Replacement of the damaged item at no additional cost.
    • A full refund of the purchase price, including shipping fees.

Please Note:

  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling or after they have been worn or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage upon parcel opening are generally not accepted.
